Our Client is a British premium-quality clothing business with more than 300 shops in the UK, Europe and Asia.

They are looking to hire energetic and customer-focused professional who has experience working in Fashion Retail. If you have drive and ambition, you will get an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and be challenged professionally in your effort.

Main purpose of the role is to ensure the effective day-to-day operations of the concession, driving sales to meet and exceed targets and to lead a team in an environment where everything you do is for customer.

Main Responsibilities:

Put the customer first and act as a role model
Understand the key trends and identify customers’ needs
Influence and control all concession KPIs, budgets, wage costs and expenses
Take appropriate action to improve sales performance of concession & individual
Regularly review concession environment and layout for customer shop-ability
Effectively plan and ensure promotions are actioned in line with Company guidelines
Recruit the best people to deliver on customer service and convert sales
Train and develop staff in selling techniques and general duties

The ideal candidate will be/have:

1+ year working in Fashion Retail on supervisory or managerial level
Proven track record of their ability to sell and reach individual KPI targets
Ability to act and operate on their own initiative
Effective communication, time management, planning and organisational skills
Keen interest in fashion and keeping up with current trends
Fully flexible and available to work on a 7day changing rota
