Job Description

The CRM Analyst will support the team’s vision, providing high quality customer data to support and inspire business growth.


  • Providing insight on commercial challenges and opportunities, by preparing in-depth analysis on large multi-variable datasets and presenting results to Senior Executives
  • Liaising with technology teams to ensure full technical support for all processes
  • Build a suite of reports on the appropriate technology platform to deliver required information to business stakeholders and management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Ensure that all data is applied to the businesses reporting system to understand and shape the customer base


  • Background using data and analysis to make decisions and influence others
  • Strong analytical, numeracy, problem solving skills to analyse and interpret data sets
  • Experience creating, executing and measuring surveys based on quantitative and qualitative bases
  • 3 – 4 years experience in a similar CRM analysis role
