A large gaming and casino company located throughout the country are recruiting for a manger for 2 of their busy casinos. They are looking for a passionate and driven retail manager who has a deep understanding of the competitive retail environment. If you are the type of person who loves fast paced environments, motivating and leading your team and strive for the best results, this could be the job for you.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control cash handling and floats including balancing end of day and daily reports
Maximise and drive all areas of sales and challenge yourself and the team to meet targets set out
Handle all overheads, team rosters, labour control and all other elements affecting the profitability of the business in accordance with the business targets and KPI’s
Understand the market by monitoring the local area and competitors to maintain competitors’ advantage by planning and implement in a timely manner
Ensure the team and you is always delivering and demonstrating customer service standards
Develop, train and coach your team on important areas of the company to be able to realia on them in your absence, while insuring all are up to date with H&S and other legal requirements
Communicate with the key shareholders and report any issues as per the agreed procedures

Requirements:

Have 4 years in a management position with a customer facing industry
Proven record to lead and motivate a large team while still target driven with a commercial focus
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with people
Strong social media skills that can plan and promote seasonal campaigns
Excellent time management and organisational skills
