The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

.Successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities and clearly presenting relevant products and services.

You will build strong customer relationships, follow up on enquiries and sales leads, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work towards agreed individual and team targets.

The role will also involve developing a strong understanding of the company’s products and services and ensuring customers receive a professional and positive experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Specification

Applicants should have:

• Previous telesales, inside sales or customer-facing sales experience.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• A confident and professional approach.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills.
• Confidence working with CRM and digital systems.
• A results-focused attitude and ability to work towards targets.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
