The Opportunity

MyJobs is inviting applications for an innovative AI Video Producer with strong hands-on experience using generative AI throughout the video production workflow.

This is a forward-looking role for a creative professional who understands how artificial intelligence is transforming video production, editing, storytelling and digital content creation.

The successful candidate will be expected to use generative AI extensively — from concept development, scripting and storyboarding through to image and video generation, voice, editing, enhancement and final production.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are already experimenting with new AI tools and can demonstrate how they have built efficient, high-quality AI-first production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional video content using generative AI technologies.
• Develop AI-assisted concepts, scripts and storyboards.
• Generate and manipulate video, imagery, graphics and visual assets using AI.
• Build repeatable AI video production workflows.
• Use prompt engineering to achieve consistent creative outputs.
• Combine AI-generated material with traditional video and audio production.
• Produce short-form social, promotional, editorial and longer-form content.
• Create and edit AI-generated voice and audio where appropriate.
• Maintain visual and brand consistency across generated content.
• Test emerging AI video platforms and production techniques.
• Improve production speed and efficiency through AI automation.
• Edit and deliver final content across multiple digital platforms.

Candidate Specification

Candidates should have:

• Strong practical experience with generative AI video and image tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated or AI-assisted video production.
• Excellent video editing and storytelling skills.
• Strong prompt engineering abilities.
• Experience integrating multiple AI tools into a single production workflow.
• Knowledge of professional editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• A strong understanding of social and digital video formats.

Experience with leading AI video, image, voice and creative automation platforms would be a significant advantage.

The Role

This is not simply a traditional video editing position. Generative AI will be central to the role and to the production workflow.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment where new AI production technologies and techniques are continuously emerging.
