The Opportunity

Our client is seeking talented, enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join its growing network of modern barbershops.

These opportunities are available across several locations, offering successful candidates the chance to develop their careers within a professional, supportive and ambitious organisation.

Both full-time and part-time positions may be considered, depending on location and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, skin fades and traditional barbering services.
• Provide professional beard trimming, shaping and grooming treatments.
• Offer customers advice on hairstyles, grooming products and maintenance.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and build a loyal client base.
• Ensure workstations, equipment and premises meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the continued growth of the business.

Candidate Specification

Successful applicants should demonstrate:

• A recognised barbering qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Ideally two years’ experience in a professional barbershop environment.
• Strong skills in modern and traditional barbering techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine interest in men’s grooming, fashion and emerging trends.
