Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive gaming strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

Lead gaming operations, ensuring operational efficiency, innovation and commercial success.

Identify new market opportunities, emerging technologies and industry trends.

Manage gaming products, platforms and digital entertainment initiatives.

Lead multidisciplinary teams across operations, technology, marketing and customer experience.

Establish performance targets, budgets and key performance indicators.

Build strategic partnerships with gaming developers, technology providers and commercial stakeholders.

Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.

Ensure compliance with applicable gaming regulations, data protection requirements and industry standards.

Report business performance, growth opportunities and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

A degree in Business, Technology, Digital Media, Gaming or a related discipline.

A minimum of seven years’ experience in gaming, digital entertainment or a related technology sector.

Proven senior management experience with responsibility for commercial performance.

Strong understanding of gaming platforms, product development and digital technologies.

Excellent leadership, financial management and strategic planning capabilities.

Experience managing budgets, operational teams and external partnerships.

Strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills.

A passion for innovation and emerging developments within the gaming industry.
