Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Support Developer to maintain, troubleshoot and enhance business-critical software applications. This is a hands-on technical role combining production application support, SQL development, scripting and process automation to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application errors, production incidents and performance issues.
• Develop, maintain and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures and database processes.
• Build scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Support application integrations, APIs and data processing workflows.
• Monitor application performance, system logs and scheduled jobs.
• Assist with software releases, deployments, testing and bug fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to deliver technical improvements.

Technical Requirements

• Experience in application support or software development.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Knowledge of Python, C#, Java or similar programming languages.
• Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations and application errors.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
