We are seeking talented culinary professionals who can support Head Chefs in delivering exceptional dining experiences, maintaining high kitchen standards and leading motivated kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

Supervise, train and motivate junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Maintain consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation and quality.

Support menu development, seasonal specials and creative dining concepts.

Monitor food costs, stock control, ordering and waste reduction.

Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety and hygiene regulations.

Oversee kitchen operations during the Head Chef’s absence.

Candidate Specification

Successful candidates should have at least three years’ experience in a professional kitchen, including previous experience at Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef level.

Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills are essential, alongside a genuine passion for food and hospitality.

Experience in busy hotel kitchens, fine dining restaurants or high-volume hospitality environments would be particularly welcome.
