Our client is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, accelerate business growth and deliver measurable commercial results.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise and strong leadership capabilities to drive marketing performance across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing and online advertising.

Manage brand development, corporate communications and market positioning.

Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and return on investment.

Identify emerging market opportunities, customer trends and competitive developments.

Lead, mentor and develop marketing teams and external agency relationships.

Work closely with senior management, sales and business development teams.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics, KPIs and customer engagement data.

Develop innovative campaigns that strengthen customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness.

Present marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

A minimum of five years’ relevant marketing experience, including management responsibilities.

Proven success delivering integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM platforms, marketing automation and digital advertising.

Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Commercial awareness with the ability to translate marketing activity into measurable business outcomes.

Experience managing marketing budgets and external service providers.

A creative, analytical and results-driven approach.
